Your Role

You are an essential link within our digital marketing team. Your creative work makes the difference between being seen and being remembered.

  • Design static ads such as banners, carousels, and visuals for paid social, display, and native advertising.
  • Create short-form video ads and motion graphics that stick: from video snippets to animated reels.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to build a repeatable creative testing loop, including concept development, iteration, and learnings.
  • Use learnings to iterate quickly on hooks, formats, and variants.
  • Support conversion focused creative needs for landing pages and onsite modules when testing requires it.
  • Think in smart feeds, workflows, and platform integrations: creatives that automatically adapt to audience, context, or product.
  • Maintain organization across files, versions, and exports so the team can move fast
  • Translate our unique brand identity to every platform without compromising on quality or character.
  • Experience building dynamic HTML5 banners using tools such as Google Web Designer or through custom coding is a plus.

Your Profile

Someone who sets the bar high, sees opportunities, and goes the extra mile because the end result truly matters. You are curious, learn quickly, and enjoy making something that was already good even better.

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, plus solid motion and video editing capabilities.
  • Performance mindset, you enjoy learning from results and improving creative accordingly.
  • Strong sense of craft and attention to detail, while still moving quickly.
  • Team oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of execution.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to adapt or build dynamic creatives.
  • Strong communicator in English.
  • Spanish/French familiarity is a plus.
