About The Role

We are looking for a clinically strong, research-driven leader to design all medical protocols, frameworks, and doctor-facing systems. This role is ideal for someone deeply scientific, detail-oriented, and experienced in obesity care, GLP, and evidence-based clinical operations.

Requirements

Clinical Strategy, Training & Protocol Design

• Design, standardise, and optimise treatment protocols, clinical workflows, and patient care journeys
• Build structured doctor training content, onboarding modules, and upskilling frameworks
• Ensure all protocols follow ethical guidelines, GLP principles, and regulatory standards
  
  

Doctor Network Leadership

• Lead doctor hiring strategy, competency framework, and selection standards
• Build and nurture a strong network of in-house and consultant doctors
• Mentor, coach, and support doctors on clinical quality and patient management
  
  

Quality, Compliance & Collaboration

• Oversee clinical governance, medical accuracy, and quality benchmarks
• Work cross-functionally with product, tech, ops, and leadership to integrate clinical excellence
• Track patient outcomes, treatment efficacy, and feedback to refine protocols
  
  

Requirements

• MBBS required (MD preferred)
• Strong knowledge of obesity medicine, nutrition, weight management, and supplements
• 6-10 years in clinical operations, medical advisory, or digital health
• Strong scientific temperament, analytical mindset, excellent communication
• Bangalore-based, comfortable in a fast-paced hybrid startup culture
