We work with global SSPs, DSPs, and app publishers to maximize performance across video, display, and in-app inventory.
We’re looking for a hands-on Ad Operations & Monetization Manager to oversee our platform integrations, ensure traffic quality (IVT control), and optimize monetization performance across our supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our platform integrations and monetization settings.
- Monitor daily activity across supply and demand partners.
- Track and handle IVT issues and maintain traffic quality.
- Create and analyze performance reports (eCPM, fill rate, discrepancies, revenue).
- Identify optimization opportunities to increase yield and reduce waste.
- Support technical setups and testing for new partners and demand sources.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Ad Operations / Programmatic Monetization.
- Familiarity with SSP/DSP platforms.
- Understanding of OpenRTB, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and basic traffic quality concepts.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and Excel / Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
