Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features
- Perform validation and verification of ADAS functions (e.g., ACC, AEB, LKA, BSD, Parking Assist)
- Conduct vehicle-level and component-level testing (bench, simulation, HIL, SIL, and on-road testing)
- Analyze test results and identify root causes of system failures
- Work closely with software, hardware, and system engineering teams to resolve issues
- Prepare detailed test reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc.)
- Support test automation and continuous integration processes
- Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to test strategy development
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive testing (ADAS experience preferred)
- Knowledge of ADAS systems (radar, camera, LiDAR, ultrasonic sensors)
- Experience with CAN tools (e.g., CANoe, CANalyzer)
- Familiarity with HIL/SIL testing environments
- Understanding of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, MATLAB, C/C++ is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
