Position Summary
We are seeking a HR Admin , an experienced, dependable, and highly organized professional who understands the day-to-day operations of Human Resources in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position is responsible for executing all core HR functions, including onboarding, recruiting coordination and benefits administration, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every task.
The right candidate already knows how to manage HR processes from start to finish, works with urgency and precision, and takes ownership without needing constant direction. You must be confident in your ability to process paperwork correctly, maintain structure under pressure, and keep the department running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately process and maintain all employee documentation — from new hire onboarding to terminations.

Administer ADP Workforce Now transactions, including new hires, pay changes, benefits, and timekeeping adjustments.

Conduct onboarding sessions; ensure all paperwork (I-9, W-4, direct deposit, benefit elections, policy acknowledgments) is completed accurately and filed properly.

Manage recruiting logistics, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.

Maintain employee personnel files, HRIS data, and compliance documentation.

Track and update attendance, PTO, and employee rosters.

Support benefits administration—enrollments, terminations, and qualifying event updates.

Assist with HR reports, audits, and general compliance as needed.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion at all times.
Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience; manufacturing background required.

Must be proficient in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong understanding of HR processes, forms, and documentation from onboarding through payroll.

Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
