Addiction Counselor

`Duties:

• Deliver individual and group counseling services using evidence‑based therapeutic approaches.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans for all assigned clients.
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 12–15 clients and ensure timely clinical follow‑up.
• Assess, monitor, and document client progress while adjusting treatment plans as clinically indicated.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity and quality of services.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.
• Requirements:
• Must hold at least one of the following Ohio credentials: CDCA, LCDC II, LCDC III, or LICDC.
