The Specialist executes outbound call strategies, maintains consistent follow-up, and builds trust with prospects by positioning the Addison Product as a practical and accessible solution. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to navigate customer objections while maintaining a positive experience.
This position combines sales execution, customer engagement, and process ownership within a structured conversion model. The incumbent will operate primarily within the RingCX phone system and is expected to manage call activity, track outcomes, and continuously refine their approach to maximize conversion rates.
Work is performed under general supervision, and the employee is expected to exercise sound judgment, initiative, and accountability in managing their assigned pipeline and achieving performance targets.
