We are seeking a dedicated, mission focused Human Resource Coordinator to serve as a member of TRF's dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Human Resource Team. The Human Resource Coordinator works collaboratively with the Director of Human Resource as well as the Leadership Teams. The Human Resource Coordinator ensures recruiting and filling of positions is completed in a timely manner as well as ensuring full compliance for all staff in accordance with organizational policies and procedures to best support agency members and the overall wellbeing of the organization.
