De Montfort University Dubai is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Adjunct Faculty member in Business Management to join the Faculty of Business and Law. This role is ideal for an academic or industry practitioner with strong subject expertise in Business Management, Strategy, Sustainability, and Research Methods, and a commitment to excellence in teaching, student support, and applied learning.
You will contribute to the delivery and enhancement of undergraduate teaching within Business Management programmes. Teaching for this module will run from 9 February 2026 to 20 March 2026, followed by a submission week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and assess undergraduate modules in Business Management.
- Prepare and deliver innovative, student-centred lectures, seminars, and learning activities aligned with UK higher education standards.
- Provide academic and personalised support to students throughout the teaching period.
- Support student learning through applied and industry-relevant engagement where appropriate.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of course materials, assessments, and curriculum content.
- Participate in faculty meetings, quality assurance processes, and collaborative curriculum development activities.
- Carry out administrative responsibilities related to the allocated module(s).
- Work collegially with academic and professional services staff in line with DMU values.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications:
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Business Management or a closely related discipline (Required).
- A relevant postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Management, or a related field (Required).
- PhD in a related field (Preferred).
- All academic qualifications must be attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
- UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) equivalency is mandatory for teaching allocation and appointment, in line with CAA and KHDA requirements.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of teaching experience in Business Management or a related discipline within a higher education institution (preferably within the UK or transnational UK system).
- Demonstrated subject knowledge across Research Methods, Sustainability, and Strategy.
- Experience teaching undergraduate students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds.
- Familiarity with UK higher education standards, assessment practices, and quality assurance processes.

Teaching Commitment:
