Adjunct Instructor of Graphic Design

United International College is seeking a qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic Adjunct Professor to join our faculty at our Dania Beach, Florida campus. Classes begin the week of August 24, 2026.

Possible future employment is based on performance, need and will be evaluated near the end of each academic quarter.

Class: Graphic Design (GRA 2190)

• Tuesdays
• 9:00 AM – 11:50 AM
• Hybrid format (6 on-campus sessions and 9 live online sessions)

Minimum requirements

• Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a closely related field.

General Instructor Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate Graphic Design courses in both in-person and online environments.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, demonstrations, critiques, and classroom activities.
• Develop and maintain course materials aligned with program learning outcomes.
• Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and use of basic MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to use and facilitate Computer Based learning and lecturing.
• Ability to learn and use online Course Management System.
• Use email as a form of teacher/student interactions

Compensation:

• $1,000 per semester.
