Adjunct Professor

Hiring: MBA Trainer (Remote | Global Talent | Arabic Fluency Preferred)

We are seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic MBA Trainer to join our academic faculty and deliver engaging, high-impact MBA sessions within a live, interactive virtual classroom environment.

Candidate Profile:

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in teaching or training within MBA or management education

* Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency will be an added advantage

* Demonstrated expertise across core MBA disciplines (Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, etc.)

* Strong executive presence, with exceptional presentation, communication, and digital facilitation skills

* Western-educated candidates preferred

* Candidates with a valid self-sponsored visa will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality, engaging MBA sessions in a virtual learning environment

* Design and develop structured lesson plans, academic content, and assessment frameworks

* Provide academic mentorship and professional guidance to a diverse, international student cohort

* Uphold academic excellence, learner engagement, and consistent instructional quality
