ADL Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Companion to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Provide reminders for medications (no administration)
• Assist with errands such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions
• Support clients with mobility and daily routines
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Document daily activities and report any concerns to management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Requirements:

• Must complete all required state and company trainings
• Ability to follow care plans and company policies
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
