Job description

We are seeking a highly driven and organized Operations Coordinator or Admin to oversee the daily functions of our clinic operations in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving patient satisfaction,marketing, optimizing resource utilization, and contributing to the clinic’s overall profitability. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of doctors and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
  • Drive patient conversion rates by enhancing the quality of services and improving the patient experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies and meet organizational goals.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
  • Regularly monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Take responsibility and coordinate for Hospitality services
  • Lead, mentor, and train operational staff to ensure peak productivity and a positive work culture.
  • Act as a key liaison between doctors, administrative staff, and patients to ensure seamless communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Medical, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or similar).
  • Previous experience in operations management or a similar role within the healthcare or service industry is preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience handling P&L responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and MS Office tools.
