1. Front Desk & Patient Support
- Welcome patients and parents warmly.
- Manage registration, forms, and patient records.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for doctors and therapists.
- Assist families with basic insurance queries.
2. Clinic Support
- Prepare daily schedules for doctors.
- Upload reports, manage EMR files, and handle basic documentation tasks.
- Coordinate therapy sessions (speech, OT, PT, behavioral therapy, EEG, etc.).
3. Billing & Insurance
- Check insurance eligibility.
- Submit claims and approvals.
- Coordinate with billing team on rejected claims.
- Maintain daily payment logs.
4. Operations & Coordination
- Manage clinic supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and IT.
- Organize staff meetings and support rostering.
5. Parent Communication
- Provide clear information about appointments, therapy plans, and follow-ups.
- Handle communication with empathy and professionalism.
6. Compliance
- Maintain DHA-required documentation.
- Keep consent forms, reports, and records updated.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years healthcare admin experience (pediatrics/neurology a plus).
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of DHA procedures and insurance is an advantage.
- Friendly, organized, and patient-focused.
