.handle office operations, emails, calls & documentation.

coordinate with sales & logistic teams.

prepare quotations, invoices & reports.

follow up with the clients.

maintain records and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

pervious admin experience (preferably in trading/lab supplies)

Excellent communication skills

attention on details and professional attitude.
