Admin Accountant – Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Accountant to support the administrative and financial operations of our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will assist with daily coordination tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth communication between guests, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative operations for multiple rental units
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs and respond to inquiries professionally
- Communicate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy
- Update and monitor online listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) for accuracy
- Maintain compliance documentation and records as required by DTCM
- Handle basic inventory tracking and restocking (linens, amenities, supplies)
- Support handling of guest concerns and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain property keys and access logs
- Prepare basic financial reports (income tracking, petty cash, expenses, etc.)
- Assist with invoice preparation, payment follow-ups, and recordkeeping
Requirements
- Experience in administration, accounting, hospitality, or property management (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage urgent tasks professionally
- Good English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using online booking platforms
