The Admin & Accounts is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations while handling basic accounting functions. This role ensures smooth office functioning, accurate financial record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
- Manage office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, courier, documentation)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office events
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Accounts & Finance Duties
- Maintain financial records and update accounting data regularly
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Handle petty cash and daily expense tracking
- Assist in payroll processing and salary records
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions
- Support in preparing financial reports (monthly/weekly)
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in administration or accounts (fresh candidates can also apply if trained)
- Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting tools is a plus
