ADMIN& ACCOUNTS

The Admin & Accounts is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations while handling basic accounting functions. This role ensures smooth office functioning, accurate financial record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties

  • Manage office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, courier, documentation)
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office events
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Accounts & Finance Duties

  • Maintain financial records and update accounting data regularly
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Handle petty cash and daily expense tracking
  • Assist in payroll processing and salary records
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions
  • Support in preparing financial reports (monthly/weekly)
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records

Preferred Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in administration or accounts (fresh candidates can also apply if trained)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting tools is a plus

  • Work Mode: On-site
  • Stipend: Market competitive

Pay: From Rs15,000.00 per month
