Admin & Accounts Assistant with a Strong Accounting Background

We are a well-established IT company in Dubai seeking a reliable Female Admin & Accounts Assistant with Strong Accounting Background to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming telephone calls.
  • Make outgoing calls to clients for payment follow-ups.
  • Manage petty cash transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare and send proposals and tax invoices.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Preferably a female candidate from the Philippines.
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in the similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking, and trustworthy, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ready to join immediately.
