1. Accounting & Finance Management:
· Oversee entire accounting operations — purchase, sales, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
· Ensure timely finalization of monthly and annual accounts.
· Monitor cash flow, fund management, and budgeting activities.
· Review bank reconciliation statements and vendor/customer ledgers.
· Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
· Prepare MIS reports, cost analysis, and financial summaries for management review.
· Verify and authorize payments as per company policy.
2. Administrative Management:
· Supervise day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
· Oversee housekeeping, security, canteen, courier, transport, and facility maintenance.
· Manage employee attendance, leave records, and discipline.
· Handle office asset management, insurance, and renewals.
· Negotiate and finalize contracts for office services (AMC, vendors, etc.).
· Ensure proper implementation of company policies and administrative guidelines.
3. HR & Coordination Responsibilities:
· Support HR team in recruitment, joining formalities, payroll inputs, and employee engagement.
· Maintain proper documentation of employee records and compliance files.
· Act as a communication bridge between management and department heads.
· Conduct periodic staff meetings to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
4. Strategic & Compliance Roles:
· Develop and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
· Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.
· Ensure all legal and compliance documents are updated and renewed on time.
· Support management in strategic decision-making through accurate data and reporting.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
· Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations efficiently.
· Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving operational challenges.
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in Accounts & Administration, with at least 2–3 years in a Sr. Executive position

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
