The Administrative & Clinical Lead position at our company is a fast-paced and challenging environment requiring professionals who possess an aptitude for problem-solving, detail-oriented work and good communication skills. This position requires working with a team of professionals to carry-out, develop and troubleshoot laboratory processes.

We are looking for a Candidate who has a history of successful, identifying and executing alternative solutions to problems, working well in a team environment, and managing multiple projects. This position will entail Drug Screening, Phlebotomy, Administrative Management, Spreadsheets Management, Email Correspondence, Supporting other staff (cross-training) and various other detailed oriented task. This person must have a high work ethic, self-motivated, on-time task delivery and the ability to take direction in a respectful environment.

Overall, we’re looking for a highly detailed oriented self starter who is willing to be part of a Team.

Sample of Responsibilities:

  • Conduct various types of Testing in a Clinical setting.
  • Printing & Managing Reports
  • Perform day-to-day duties based on office needs
  • Accurately input appointment data
  • Verify Insurance & Patient Data

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Drug Screenings: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Medical office/ Data Entry: 1 year (Required)
  • Administrative : 2 years (Required)
  • Team Leadership: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Professional Communication skills: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Medical/ Clinical Office: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Required)
