Admin and HR executive (Female Only)

Job Title: Admin & HR Executive (Female)
Location: I-8 Markaz, Islamabad
Company: Real Estate Agency
Salary: PKR 50,000 (Negotiable)
Timings: Monday – Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Must be a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi (near I-8 Markaz)

Note: Hostelites will not be considered

Job Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Age: 24 – 30 years (maximum)
  • Graduation in relevant field (BBA or equivalent) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Admin & HR functions
  • Strong command of English communication (written & spoken)
  • Confident personality with good interpersonal & management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software/tools
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, employee management, and administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Handle HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leaves, and employee records
  • Support management in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs
  • Maintain office supplies, ensure smooth coordination among departments
  • Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and official documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the management as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary
