Job Title: Admin & HR Executive (Female)
Location: I-8 Markaz, Islamabad

Salary: PKR 50,000 (Negotiable)
Timings: Monday – Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Must be a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi (near I-8 Markaz)
Note: Hostelites will not be considered
Job Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Age: 24 – 30 years (maximum)
- Graduation in relevant field (BBA or equivalent) – Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Admin & HR functions
- Strong command of English communication (written & spoken)
- Confident personality with good interpersonal & management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software/tools
- Solid understanding of HR policies, employee management, and administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
- Handle HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leaves, and employee records
- Support management in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs
- Maintain office supplies, ensure smooth coordination among departments
- Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and official documentation
- Provide administrative support to the management as required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary
