Thrive Homes is looking for an Admin/HR Staff member who loves helping people, keeping things organized, and making sure employees have everything they need to thrive. If you enjoy coordinating schedules, talking to applicants, and keeping systems running smoothly, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do

Administrative & HR Tasks

You’ll keep our operations organized and running smoothly by:

  • Managing email communication with stakeholders
  • Filing, organizing, and maintaining digital and physical records
  • Scheduling interviews, employee shifts, and weekly schedule checks
  • Updating schedules when changes occur
  • Monitoring training course completion weekly and sending reminders for due modules
  • Handling data entry and maintaining accurate databases
  • Ensuring all licenses, IDs, certifications, and personnel documents are valid and not expired
  • Collecting updated documents from employees before expiration
  • Tracking compliance deadlines and maintaining complete, up-to-date personnel files
  • Responding to employees’ inquiries in the Staff Hotline


Recruitment Support

You’ll help bring amazing caregivers into the Thrive Homes family by:

  • Searching for potential candidates across platforms
  • Calling new applicants and coordinating next steps
  • Conducting initial interviews
  • Updating Monday.com with applicant progress
  • Preparing applicant documents (Job Offer, consent forms, TB screentest, requirements)
  • Completing background checks
  • Creating Relias accounts, assigning modules, and sending reminders before start dates
  • Updating recruitment platforms and completing the full process for HRIS transfer
  • Creating HRIS and EVV accounts for new hires


Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, MS Office, online platforms), a must
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Warm, approachable, and comfortable talking to applicants and caregivers
  • Skilled in documentation, scheduling, and follow-through
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Happy working in a dynamic, people-centered environment
  • Experience in HR, admin, or caregiver support is a plus — but heart, initiative, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
