Space Wise Interior Consultants is a premium interior design consultancy specializing in residential, commercial, and turnkey projects. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and client-facing professional to handle both administrative operations and sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities-
Sales Responsibilities :
- Actively generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, email campaigns, social media (Instagram/Facebook), and walk-ins.
- Attend client inquiries, conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and present design concepts/portfolios.
- Prepare quotations
- Negotiate pricing, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, maintain CRM/update lead status daily.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, builders, architects, and vendors.
- Coordinate with the design and execution team for smooth project handover after sale.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage front desk: receive guests, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Maintain client database, project files, and documentation (quotations, invoices, agreements, receipts).
