Admin Assistant

Bharuch, India

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Bharuch branch operations. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, ensure smooth office functioning, and assist the management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle office tasks like filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Assist in report preparation and HR support.
  • Communicate with staff and clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in admin support.
  • Proficient in MS Office and communication skills.
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • Knowledge of Gujarati and English preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
