Key responsibilities
Education :BCom, BSC
- Manage communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general correspondence.
- Scheduling and coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Administrative support: Prepare documents, presentations, and reports; perform data entry; and maintain filing systems and databases.
- Office management: Maintain inventory of office supplies, track expenses, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support and collaboration: Assist team members with various tasks and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Required skills
- Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Organizational skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Interpersonal skills: Professional demeanor, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Must have two wheeler .

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
