Join Trustbend Packers & Movers as an
Admin Assistant
and play a key role in supporting daily office operations within our Dubai branch. This position is perfect for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.

Support HR and management in preparing reports, memos, and presentations.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for staff and management.

Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and procurement.

Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and basic documentation when required.

Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Provide general support to the operations team as needed.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.

1–2 years of administrative experience (UAE experience preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.

Attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
