Join Trustbend Packers & Movers as an Admin Assistant and play a key role in supporting daily office operations within our Dubai branch. This position is perfect for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Support HR and management in preparing reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for staff and management.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and basic documentation when required.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Provide general support to the operations team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
