Novaplast Custom Molders is looking for a responsible, well-organized, and proactive Admin Assistant to support administrative, compliance, and facility-related operations. The role requires strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Handle EOBI and SESSI registrations, records, and monthly follow-ups.
- Handle petty cash, maintain records, vouchers, and reconciliations
- Maintain administrative documentation, files, and official records.
- Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and utility-related matters.
- Monitor and support safety and security arrangements within the premises.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials, documents, and visitors.
- Supervise housekeeping and cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors as required
Skills Required:
- Practical knowledge of EOBI, SESSI, and labor documentation
- Experience in petty cash handling and record keeping
- Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Administration or related field)
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role (manufacturing industry preferred)
