Job Title : Admin Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, manage communications, and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and basic bookkeeping
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks
- Greet visitors and provide general office support
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
