Job Title: Inventory & Admin Assistant
Location: Ajman, UAE
One of our clients, a well-known Cosmetic Brand in the UAE, is looking to hire a proactive and organized Inventory & Admin Assistant for their Ajman office.
Job Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office support tasks
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of company records
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Support management in routine admin and operational activities
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overstock situations
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams
- Assist in stock reconciliation and periodic physical inventory counts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and administrative processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Experience with inventory or ERP/accounting software is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in inventory, admin, or operations support
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 1,500 – 2,000 (based on experience and skills)
