Job Title: Admin Assistant (On- Site)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience

Working Days:6 days a week (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic administrative experience, good communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
  • Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance tracking and data entry
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
