Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain student, staff, and school records (physical and digital).
  • Assist in admission processes, inquiries, and documentation.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and front office communication politely and professionally.
  • Prepare letters, notices, circulars, reports, and official correspondence.
  • Support examination-related work, attendance records, and academic documentation.
  • Coordinate with teachers, management, parents, and external agencies.
  • Manage office supplies, files, and inventory records.
  • Assist in fee records, basic accounts support, and data entry work.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes.
  • Ensure confidentiality of school records and information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
