Admin Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

  • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping records accurately
  • Perform daily and weekly reconciliations of accounts
  • Manage accounts and finance-related tasks
  • Handle basic accounting tools/software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks)
  • Assist in financial reporting and documentation

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and office support operations
  • Handle, maintain, and organize digital documents in the respective OLI decks
  • Maintain office discipline and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and confidentiality of official documents
  • Support management in administrative planning and execution

Coordination & HR Support:

  • Coordinate meetings and assist management with reports, data entry, and documentation
  • Participate in meetings, take minutes, and coordinate follow-ups
  • Provide support to the HR department, including attendance tracking and payroll assistance
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Practical experience in bookkeeping or accounting (2–4 years)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
