Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of the office, including administrative tasks, basic accounting functions, and HR coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
*Administrative Duties*-Contracting Experience ( Mandatory)
Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain office project files, records, and documentation.
Assist project team
*Accounts Responsibilities*
Assist in preparing delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders.
Maintain records of expenses, payments, receipts, delivery notes.
Support bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks.
*HR Responsibilities*
Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Track employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
*Qualifications & Skills*
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
