Administrative Assistant (Audit Firm)
Location: Bur Dubai
We are a professional audit and accounting firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our auditors and assist with daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to auditors and office staff.
- Print, scan, organize, and file audit reports and client documents.
- Maintain records and ensure proper document management.
- Perform data entry and document preparation tasks.
- Assist with general office administration and coordination.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using new digital tools to improve work efficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Previous administrative or office experience is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
