Administrative Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

Manage office correspondence, emails, and filing systems.

Maintain and organize company records and documents.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement activities.

Assist with HR administration, including attendance records and employee documentation.

Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents.

Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers as required.

Support management with general administrative tasks and special projects.

Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Sage, Xero, or ERP systems.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
