Location: Cairo (Remote)
Job Type: Freelance / Part-time (Flexible)
Hours: Approx. 3-4 hours per week

Role Overview

Looking for a Cairo-based Admin Assistant to support supplier coordination and logistics for small tour groups. This is a flexible role suited to someone organised, proactive, and comfortable communicating with local suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and contact suppliers (transport, hotels, restaurants, guides)
  • Request quotations and confirm availability via phone/WhatsApp
  • Follow up and maintain communication with suppliers
  • Assist with transport and logistics coordination
  • Keep supplier details and pricing organised in spreadsheets

Requirements

  • Based in Cairo (or nearby)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • 1–2 years admin or coordination experience
  • Confident making phone calls
  • Organised, reliable, and responsive

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality, events, or travel
  • Knowledge of local suppliers

Working Style

  • Remote and flexible
  • No fixed hours — tasks completed as needed
  • Communication via WhatsApp and shared documents

Salary

  • EGP Up to 3,000 per month dependent on experience

Pay: Up to E£3,000.00 per month
