Admin Assistant
Location: Cairo (Remote)

Role Overview
Looking for a Cairo-based Admin Assistant to support supplier coordination and logistics for small tour groups. This is a flexible role suited to someone organised, proactive, and comfortable communicating with local suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and contact suppliers (transport, hotels, restaurants, guides)
- Request quotations and confirm availability via phone/WhatsApp
- Follow up and maintain communication with suppliers
- Assist with transport and logistics coordination
- Keep supplier details and pricing organised in spreadsheets
Requirements
- Based in Cairo (or nearby)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- 1–2 years admin or coordination experience
- Confident making phone calls
- Organised, reliable, and responsive
Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality, events, or travel
- Knowledge of local suppliers
Working Style
- Remote and flexible
- No fixed hours — tasks completed as needed
- Communication via WhatsApp and shared documents
Salary
- EGP Up to 3,000 per month dependent on experience
Pay: Up to E£3,000.00 per month
