Hiring: Admin Assistant (Karachi)
A well-established retail and fashion group is looking for an energetic and organized Admin Assistant to join its administration team in Karachi.
Experience: 1–2 Years in Office Admin / Operations
Education: Intermediate / Graduation
Conveyance: Own Bike + Valid License Mandatory
Location: Karachi
What You’ll Do:
- Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, paperwork, filing, and maintain stationary/supply stocks.
- Outdoor & Liaison Work: Handle outdoor administrative tasks, bank visits, utility payments, and coordinate with maintenance vendors.
- Branch Coordination: Assist in managing routine tasks and minor item dispatches between the head office and retail outlets.
- Petty Cash Management: Keep track of daily operational expenses and maintain clean expense records.
What We Look For:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience handling office and outdoor administrative work.
- Must own a bike and know Karachi’s routes well.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel).
- Active, disciplined, and problem-solving mindset.
Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
