Admin Assistant

We are looking for an Admin Assistant,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with course registration, enrollment, and academic record inquiries.
  • Process student applications, registrations, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Maintain accurate student records and databases.
  • Verify student documents and ensure compliance with university policies.
  • Prepare registration reports and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with academic departments regarding course schedules and registration requirements.
  • Assist in examination registration and graduation-related administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Education Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administration, student services, admissions, or registration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Excellent organizational and data-entry skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Own visa candidates preferred

Language:

  • Malayalam (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
