We are looking for an Admin Assistant,
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with course registration, enrollment, and academic record inquiries.
- Process student applications, registrations, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate student records and databases.
- Verify student documents and ensure compliance with university policies.
- Prepare registration reports and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with academic departments regarding course schedules and registration requirements.
- Assist in examination registration and graduation-related administrative processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Education Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administration, student services, admissions, or registration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Excellent organizational and data-entry skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Own visa candidates preferred
