We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team at our aquarium shop located in Al Karama. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong computer and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing files.
  • Assist with sales transactions and manage customer inquiries in-store or over the phone.
  • Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock updates.
  • Prepare invoices and handle basic accounting tasks.
  • Support the team with other operational and clerical duties as required.
  • Handling social media platform and posting and creating video etc

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer usage (MS Office and basic software).
  • Experience with Tally Accounting Software is a strong advantage.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
