- Maintain communication with parents through phone calls, correspondences, and meetings.
- Help AP of School Culture in the Coordination of student transportation.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain student information in the student database.
- Keep, maintain, and update student files.
- Answer the main phone line and distribute accordingly.
- Distribute incoming faxes.
- Take and distribute accurate messages for faculty/staff
- Create, maintain, and update various forms and spreadsheets
- Enroll and re-enroll students in cooperation/communication with the Principal and Assistant Principal of Academics with their approval
- Withdraw students with Principal's (or Principal’s designee) approval
- Collect money for events, uniforms, etc. following the school policies and provide a deposit report to the Operation's Manager for deposit to the bank
- Screen visitors entering the building
- Answer phones, take notes, and refer them to related individuals on time
- Communicate effectively with students in the school and all members of the school staff
- Greeting and directing visitors
- Tour parents and visitors when needed
- Mail to parents
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment
- Contact parents for emergencies
- Keep accurate student attenđance
- Keeping track of students' enrollment to other schools even after leaving our school
- Perform various jobs assigned by the administration from time to time
- Attend parent/teacher conferences and be available after school,
- available to chaperone and/or organize school activities, such as school dances or fundraising events, when assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
