Multi functional Office admin professional is required for a UAE company based in Dubai .Should be a graduate in media or communication or in computer science . The candidate will be also managing the reception , admin work and be assistant to the Director. The candidate should be open for multitasking and be fine to manage the reception and other admin job and visiting schools for career fair
Manage office operations, schedules, and daily tasks.
Handle communication, document management, and staff coordination.
Ensure smooth office functioning by maintaining supplies and equipment.
Social Media Management:
Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor and respond to engagement, comments, and messages.
Analyze performance metrics and suggest strategies for growth.
Event Organization:
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
Oversee event logistics, including venue, catering, and guest invitations.
Branding & Promotion:
Collaborate with teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in social media content creation and management.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media tools.
Excellent communication skills and creativity.
