We are seeking a reliable and organized Female Admin Assistant cum Customer Support Executive based in Abu Dhabi to support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service. The candidate will handle administrative tasks while assisting customers with inquiries and service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, and office coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Schedule meetings and manage office correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and administrative records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or customer support.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in customer service or office administration in UAE.
