Admin Assistant (Emirati -Female)

Job Purpose

To contribute to raising and supporting the efficiency of the special work in the training department and to ensure that all duties and administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • · Handle trainees’ admissions and registration queries and coordinate with the customers in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
  • · Maintain trainees’ academic records, registration process, course schedules & relevant paperwork, academic calendar, generation of results and transcripts, statistics report on enrollment, and graduation, etc.
  • · Registration of new companies and reviewing the required documents for new registration and renewal.
  • · Following up and implementing all study plans, notifying the trainees of their schedules on time, preparation of training support documents.
  • · Receiving, reviewing, and approving the Trainees’ applications/registrations and related documents on time in accordance with the policies and procedures.
  • · Registering new trainees in accordance with the policies and procedures.
  • · Preparation and reviewing of Certificates and results as per the policy and uploading of trainees’ results and certification to the regulatory authority portal.
  • · Scanning of student applications, certificates, and other relevant documents for safe storage and assisting in photocopying & filing as and when required.
  • · verification of trainee’s educational certificates as required
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring the logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Any other duties and tasks as requested by the direct supervisor.

Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Nationality: Emirati

Gender- Female

Experiance : Minimum 2-4 Years

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience in a clinic or medical centre: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • Arabic and English (Required)

Work Location: In person
