Job Summary
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and government authorities, and supporting basic accounting and collection follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office documentation, filing, and record maintenance in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Operations, and other departments) to support administrative requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office needs such as supplies, utilities, and maintenance.
- Liaise with government departments for applying and renewing licenses, permits, and approvals.
- Handle official correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
- Maintain trackers, databases, and logs related to documentation, vendors, contracts, and invoices.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoM), and circulate follow-ups.
- Keep and maintain employee attendance and basic HR-related records.
- Follow up with clients and coordinate with the accounts team for collections of outstanding invoices.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and timely resolution of administrative issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in admin
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes, invoicing, and collections will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
- Familiarity with dealing with vendors and government departments is desirable.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
