Role Overview
We are looking for an Admin & HR Manager who can manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth people operations, compliance, and workplace efficiency in a fast-growing consulting and technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle – onboarding, confirmation, performance reviews, and exits
- Draft and manage offer letters, appointment letters, policies, and HR documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRMIS records
- Support hiring processes including coordination, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
Admin Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and asset management
- Manage procurement, contracts, and renewals (software, internet, facilities)
- Coordinate with finance team for invoices, reimbursements, and admin expenses
- Ensure smooth functioning of remote and hybrid workforce operations
- Maintain records, approvals, and internal communication workflows
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in HR & Administration
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labour compliance, and admin processes
- Experience with HRMS tools (Zoho People preferred)
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Experience in IT / Consulting / SaaS organizations
- Knowledge of Zoho People, Payroll, and Expense is an added advantage
