Leading Facility Management company based in Dubai is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to manage the daily operations of office .

In this role, you will serve as integral part, coordinating administrative activities & handle varied administrative tasks while serving as the primary link between our company and our valued customer. This role demands excellent communication skills, multitasking capabilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email and chat.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Organize & Maintain general office files. physical and digital files, manage databases, and perform data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices & contracts.
  • Facilitate clear communication between team members, departments, and clients.
  • Support daily operations and other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Provide administrative support to team members and help resolve issues.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and manage correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are a must for this role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills are highly valued.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
