Admin Assistant (PT to FT) (Mostly Remote)

We are looking for an Assistant who brings structure, accuracy, precision, and urgency to a fast-moving environment. This person will own scheduling, manage systems, coordinate logistics, and keep priorities moving with very little direction.

You should be someone who naturally notices what is missing, solves problems before they grow, and takes real pride in getting the details right.

About the Role

This is a part-time position to start (20 hours per week) supporting leadership at Artisan Direct, a national company operating in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

While the total workload is part-time, this role requires availability Monday through Friday. Your hours can be flexible, but you must be consistently accessible and responsive throughout the workweek to keep priorities moving.

This is not a passive support role. You will be a behind-the-scenes operator who creates structure, improves systems, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities with accuracy and urgency
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, logistics, and follow-ups
  • Help manage software platforms, systems, and administrative processes
  • Maintain organization across documents, communication, and workflows
  • Handle day-to-day operational and administrative needs
  • Track details, deadlines, and next steps so nothing is missed
  • Solve problems independently and bring solutions, not just questions
  • Support leadership by creating order, clarity, and consistency

What We're Looking For

  • Strong executive assistant, administrative, or operations experience
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through
  • Accuracy and precision in both communication and execution
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to move quickly and correctly
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
  • Self-driven and able to operate with minimal direction
  • Detail-oriented without losing momentum
  • Warm, professional, and clear communicator
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and reliability
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while staying calm and efficient
