We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Office Assistant to support the technical and administrative tasks related to project documentation, drawings, material submittals, and coordination with site and office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Technical Office Engineer in preparing drawings, submittals, and technical documents
- Organize and update project files (drawings, BOQs, specs, correspondence)
- Coordinate with site team and procurement for material requests and delivery follow-up
- Prepare daily reports, minutes of meetings, and documentation logs
- Maintain drawing registers and track revisions
- Assist in preparing as-built documentation and handover packages
- Support compliance with project specifications and company standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field
2–4 years of experience in a technical/engineering office (preferably in construction or fit-out)
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and document control software
- Good understanding of project documentation and technical terms
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
