We are looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant (female) to support our daily operations.
Duty Time : 4 PM to 9 PM
Date of Joining: 29th May 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage phone calls with basic phone etiquette
- Respond to messages and emails promptly and professionally
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for routine tasks
- Use Canva for basic designs (an advantage)
- Handle basic cash journal entries
- Operate office equipment such as scanners and printers
- Maintain good customer relations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of cash journal handling
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Canva skills preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with office equipment (scanner, printer)
- Customer service orientation
Preference:
- Malayalam, Hindi, English language
- Prefer andidates with family sponsorship
Other Details: Experience certificate will be provided upon completion
